The golden rule: cancel wherever you're billed. That could be the website, Apple, Google Play or a partner like your mobile provider.
Web or app
- Open the Manage your membership page in your Netflix account (sign in if asked).
- Tap or click Cancel.
- Confirm with Finish Cancellation. A confirmation email follows.
Good to know
- Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel.
- No cancel option? You're billed through a payment partner. Your Account page links to that partner's flow or explains how to contact them.
What happens after you cancel
- No further charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
- Any gift card or promo balance keeps working until it runs out.
