The golden rule: cancel wherever you're billed. That could be the website, Apple, Google Play or a partner like your mobile provider.
App or browser (India)
- Update the app first.
- Open My Space, then Help & Settings, then Account Settings. In a browser, this is "Subscriptions & Devices".
- Tap Cancel. A pop-up shows how long your plan is still valid.
- Tap Cancel Auto renewal.
Good to know
- Apple (iTunes) plans can only be cancelled through your iOS device or Apple account.
- Plans paid by net banking, gift card, partner coupon or telecom recharge don't need cancelling. They end on their own at the end of the period.
What happens after you cancel
- According to the help page, plans are non-refundable. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
