The golden rule: cancel wherever you're billed. That could be the website, Apple, Google Play or a partner like your mobile provider.
Computer
- Go to one.google.com.
- Open Settings, then Cancel membership.
- Confirm with Cancel membership.
Good to know
- Signed up through the App Store? Manage it in your Apple account.
- A Google One plan that came with Pixel Pass is cancelled by cancelling Pixel Pass.
What happens after you cancel
- Storage and benefits last until the end of the billing cycle, then drop to the free 15 GB.
- If you're using more than 15 GB by then, Gmail stops sending and receiving, Drive stops syncing, and Photos stops backing up. Free up space first.
