The golden rule: cancel wherever you're billed. That could be the website, Apple, Google Play or a partner like your mobile provider.

- Log in to the account or team that pays.
- From the homepage, open your account profile menu and go to Settings.
- Open Billing.
- On your plan, choose Cancel plan, then Continue cancellation.
- Choose a reason, then Continue cancellation.
- Finish with Cancel subscription. A confirmation email follows.
Google Play

Good to know
- Google Play and App Store plans can't be cancelled inside the Canva app.
- Not sure who bills you? Check your billing email to see whether the charge came from Canva, Google, Apple or PayPal. For PayPal, see Canva's help page.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel.
- Canva offers a pause of up to 3 months instead of cancelling.
What happens after you cancel
- Payments stop, and paid features stay until the end of the current billing period. Your designs and account stay on Canva Free.
- You can undo the cancellation on the Billing page while the plan is still active.
